Radiator Automatic Assembly Inspection Line

This automatic production line is used for the automatic assembly of hardware components for radiators, including online CCD inspection, online labeling, online inkjet coding, and other tasks. The production line features automatic operation control, automatic feeding, automatic loading of spring washers and other small hardware parts, automatic online CCD inspection for leak-proof material installation, and detection of processing defects. It can achieve functions such as online automatic labeling, automatic sorting, and online inkjet coding.

The production line adopts PLC + industrial control computer control and intelligent monitoring, suitable for various types of radiators. It can store up to 40 programs internally, and when changing products, the corresponding program can be retrieved for production. This machine can achieve a production rate of 150PCS per hour, saving labor costs by 12 people.

This product has strong adaptability, and slight modifications can achieve the automatic assembly of various different radiator hardware components, online CCD inspection, online labeling, online inkjet coding, and other tasks.
