Visual Alignment Function Tester

1. The machine can test the FPC with a minimum pitch of 0.2mm gold finger, make corresponding compensation for the position of the FPC gold finger by comparing the images taken by the visual camera, and then test the position automatically adjusted by the electric slide.

2. Using FPC instead of traditional pogo pin to contact the gold finger, and combining with CCD visual alignment, the test machine can effectively solve the problem that it is difficult to test and locate the small spacing gold finger and the problem that the surface of pogo pin is usually marked after test.

3. There is no trace on the surface of gold finger during FPC to FPC test.
